The Freeance Support site is under going maintenance.
To submit a Freeance software support request e-mail us at support@freeance.com. In order to assist you best, please provide the following information when submitting your issue.
- Client Organization
- Contact Name and e-mail
- Which product do you need support for: Freeance Mobile, Web, AVL
- Priority - High, Medium, Low
- Detailed description of your issue. If you have screen shots, or additional information that can assist us please include that also.
- Smartphone(s) (if applicable) phone model and OS version will be needed.
