Premier Implementation and Training Services

  • Training consists of (live), instructor-led, web-based training on Freeance administration and configuration using course data.
  • TDC will assist you with set-up of the Freeance server software and general questions about ArcGIS/ArcIMS software. For more in depth ArcGIS/ArcIMS support, go to http://support.esri.com/
  • TDC will work with you step-by-step to build one Freeance client application using your data.  However, you must have ArcGIS/ArcIMS and any external databases installed and running.
  • Up to 8 hours of training and implementation services are available.  Training and implementation services are typically delivered in sessions of 2-to-4 hours in duration.
  • There is a 4-hour limit per training session.  An additional training session is available within a two-week period following the initial training, if needed.
